City Escape develops schedules intended to maximize every passenger’s time at the destination site. All shuttle schedules are tentatively planned and subject to change. Timely departures help us to ensure everyone gets the experience we promise. We cannot accommodate late arrivals.

We prioritize passenger safety. Tickets may be refunded or rescheduled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances on the part of City Escape.
